Aivio provides strategic digital solutions designed to help businesses
establish a strong online presence, attract qualified customers,
automate operations and achieve sustainable long-term growth through
technology, marketing and innovation.
The specific scope of services, deliverables, timeline, pricing and
project requirements will be defined separately within the approved
project proposal or Service Agreement before any work begins.
Before any work begins, Aivio will discuss the project with the client
to understand their business, objectives, requirements, timeline and
expected outcomes.
Based on this discussion, we prepare a customized project proposal
outlining the project scope, deliverables, estimated timeline,
pricing, payment terms, revision policy and any additional project
requirements.
If the proposal is approved, both parties will sign a Service
Agreement (Contract).
The project officially begins only after the signed agreement has been
received and the required initial payment has been completed.
Our standard project workflow generally follows this process:
Discovery Session
Project Discovery and Requirement Analysis
Custom Project Proposal
Contract Signed by Both Parties
Initial Invoice (typically 40%)
Project Planning and Development
Client Review and Approved Revisions
Final Invoice (remaining balance)
Final Delivery and Project Handover
Only the services, deliverables and revisions explicitly described in
the approved proposal or contract are included within the agreed
project scope.
Any additional features, revisions, integrations or changes requested
after approval may require an updated quotation, revised timeline or
separate agreement.
To ensure an efficient workflow and timely project completion, clients
agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information related
to their business and project requirements.
Clients are responsible for supplying all necessary content, including
text, images, videos, logos, branding assets, documents and any other
materials required for the project, unless content creation is
explicitly included in the agreed scope of work.
The client agrees to review project deliverables and provide feedback,
approvals or revision requests within the agreed review periods.
Delays in communication or approvals may result in adjustments to the
project timeline.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to
use any materials, trademarks, copyrighted content, images, fonts,
software or other assets provided to Aivio.
The client accepts full responsibility for any legal issues arising
from materials they supply.
Where applicable, the client agrees to provide timely access to
third-party services, including hosting accounts, domain registrars,
email platforms, analytics tools, social media accounts, payment
gateways or other systems required to complete the project.
Any delays caused by missing information, unavailable resources, late
approvals or changes requested after project approval may affect the
agreed delivery schedule and may require additional time or costs.
All pricing is provided through a customized project proposal or
quotation based on the agreed scope of work, project complexity and
required deliverables.
Before work begins, the client must approve the proposal, sign the
Service Agreement (where applicable) and pay the required initial
deposit as outlined in the proposal.
Invoices will be issued according to the agreed payment schedule.
The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery, transfer
of project files or ownership of the completed work, unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, bank
transfer and other payment methods approved by Aivio.
Cryptocurrency payments may also be accepted where available.
Any taxes, bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges or payment
processing fees imposed by third-party providers are the
responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
If payment is delayed, Aivio reserves the right to pause project work,
delay delivery, suspend access to project files or services or
withhold final deliverables until all outstanding invoices have been
paid in full.
All payments made for completed work are non-refundable unless
otherwise specified in the signed agreement or required by applicable
law.
